ReplyDeleteG'day,
Nice snaps. My favourites are the Christmas Tree mit thr red shades, left frame & the Corinthian Columns in the background & the tight version of Richard in the Conifer.
We are about to get a heat wave descend upon us over here. Saturday if forecasted to be in the 40's. Still no rain. Was speaking to Bullecourt the other day & they are in dire straits. Lost over 200 cattle & are feeding 125 poddy calves. Christian goes out there on Saturday, I think. Will be an eye opener for him. I well remember, vividly would be a better word, helping Dad pull eyeless sheep out of the Ballards tank on a daily basis in the late 40's. At that time we were down to a mere puddle of water at the hole that the red windmill pumped out of. No water at all in the big windmill hole, our, Mum/Dad's water. In reality I suspect we were 1-3 days from disaster & then; rain, rain, rain followed by flooding with the river coming up to the 3rd step of the big house. Orstralia, not a country for the shirker.
