Lunch at the hideously expensive Bar Aux Huitres near the Place de Vosges

Yet another sea bass - this time whole, with flaming Pernod poured over, which then set alight the dried fennel - pretty spectacular, but at AUS$120 for two for the main course only, I am not sure that we can go back soon. The saying is "Don't try this at home", but of course I will
