Open Garden at St John's Manor
A bit rainy and not much sun - a shame for the organizers of such a wonderful opportunity. The 10 acres (with adjoining 40 acres of farmland) a study in perfection. We spent over four hours there wandering around.

In full agreement with your sentiments: a study in perfection. Love the Lake House (bit of an up grade on my part. Needs a bit more water to become a lake) & me thinks the Mossy Glade is beautiful.
